She demonstrates this when making her beautiful chocolate pearls, sturdy side ribbons, pressed lace and many more fun, fondant frills. The clay is such a strong product, when applying to the cake, you get no distortion or stretching. You'll also learn how to make paper thin swags and drapes, tiny delicate little chocolate flowers, borders and much more. Jennifer will also demonstrate how to make gorgeous, easy quilting on the sides of your cakes, and numerous methods of giving it a finished look.
